Uncle Albert farmed just north of the Lieske homestead, but continued to make his home with his parents. He never married. Uncle Albert was the politician of the family and served as State Representative from 1935-1938, something he was very proud of. He erected a new barn on his farm about 1930. He was always interested in anything new in agriculture, and was a firm believer in organic farming. Uncle Albert, Aunt Rose and Charlie continued to live in the house their parents had lived in until 1951 when Karl was married. At this time a new house was erected on Uncle Albert's farm, and the three remained together until the time of their deaths. Uncle Albert died of Metastic Rectal Cancer.
If Uncle Albert would have grown a beard, he would have been the spitting image of his father.
