Dear Clara:
Pardon the informal salutation but from now on you are Clara to me,. You don't know how happy I am to have one of your ability and experience as my secretary. It is going to mean much to me coming as I do to a larger school system. I know we shall get along together perfectly.
Now for a question or two. What is the approximate total cost of the present new additions alterations and new equipment? People hear ask and I'd like to be informed.
Would you also tell me the church affiliation and occupation of each of the present board members?
