Snow storm on Christmas Eve. Martin A. Jaus chose to keep the kids home instead of attending the Christmas Eve service at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Moltke, MN.

The car belongs to Fred Meyer. Bill (?) is standing on top.

The right picture was taken across the road south of the Jaus Farm. Otto Jaus in the middle. Fred Meyer on top. Bottom could be Herb Drews.

Neighbors got together to shovel this out by hand. It was to deep to be handled by the snowplow.
